Order History and Invoices

Markforge provides easy access to your complete order history and invoices through our Stripe customer portal. This guide explains how to view your payment records and download invoices for your domain purchases.

Accessing Your Order History

Your order history shows all past and current domain purchases, including payment status and transaction details:

    Log into your Markforge account

  2. 2

    Navigate to your account dashboard

  3. 3

    Click on "Order History" or "My Orders" to view all purchases

  4. 4

    Click on any order to view detailed information

Accessing Invoices via Stripe Customer Portal

All invoices and payment records are managed through our secure Stripe customer portal. To access your invoices:

    Log into your Markforge account

  2. 2

    Go to your account settings or billing section

  3. 3

    Click on "Manage Billing" or "View Invoices"

  4. 4

    You'll be redirected to the Stripe customer portal

  5. 5

    View and download invoices for all your transactions

The Stripe customer portal provides a secure environment to manage all your payment-related information, including invoices, payment methods, and subscription details.

Downloading Invoices

You can download invoices in PDF format for your records or accounting purposes:

  • check_circleNavigate to the "Invoices" or "Billing History" section
  • check_circleFind the invoice you need and click "Download" or the PDF icon
  • check_circleThe invoice will download to your device in PDF format

Payment Records

The Stripe customer portal also provides access to your complete payment history:

  • check_circleView all successful and pending payments
  • check_circleSee payment dates and amounts for each transaction
  • check_circleTrack installment payments for domains purchased on payment plans
  • check_circleAccess receipts for individual transactions

Invoice Information Included

Each invoice includes the following details:

  • check_circleDomain name and purchase details
  • check_circlePayment amount and method used
  • check_circleYour billing address at time of purchase
  • check_circleTransaction reference numbers
